Potranno presentare la domanda anche i docenti e gli ata che abbiano effettuato una supplenza di almeno 180 giorni nel 2008/09 nella stessa scuola anche a seguito di proroghe/conferme. Il Ministero non ha voluto accogliere la richiesta della FLC e dalle altre organizzazioni sindacali di includere coloro che abbiano maturato i 180 giorni di servizio anche con più contratti separati e/o in scuole diverse.
