Strimp Trwaler Forsale

union two cages, union wages and prices

After the "SHEET"
that lately I've devoted today I propose more food for thought (which was only hinted at in the previous, but in the meantime has become a pressing current).

cages wage:
a scam, you're right. Not only because it would just be another way to discriminate in the hands of the interest of workers does not know what it is, no one cares (we need the cage to see that young men and women have less?), But above all because it based on assumptions not entirely correct.

Long ago I did a survey (I even posted here somewhere) with a few friends willing and showed that the South is not always cheaper in the north, for example - which already is enough for me to disavow the initial assumption, otherwise it would not need to customize prices for the region, but even on the map: for ordinary!

But on that we (me and you) already agree. I wonder what I will be: if it is so wrong (like myself I think) to talk about salary cages, because we do not do anything against that other unfairly enormity that is the membership of a contract rather than another? Why is "legitimate" trade in which a worker receives a wage of less than one in the engineering sector, but still higher than that of a worker with the same job But that is the craft?

The last time I asked about
reference to my union, he said that depends on "contracted capacity", that more workers are registered, you can tick more advantages in its reform.

obvious and logical, for charity
but when I go to the butcher (my, that of my village, not one of Milan compared to say ... one of Salerno, just as an example) mica asks me to do contract belong! A steak cost the same money for me and another employee of the trade: ergo?

The Constitution - for now at least, yet - speaking of equal dignity, equal rights and everything else: that not only is a good reason not to accept the cages, but also justified (to me) my reasoning.

I know that we are in crisis and everything else. I also know that an employee of a small company is one that is blackmailed into a multinational (and here one can not even talk about choices: go where they take you and kiss you even elbows if they make you work and pay you !) and that this is one of the reasons why many do not join trade unions (besides the fact - no doubt - which is not that unions have always stood the test of time and the desire to protect workers ... ma di questo abbiamo già parlato, anzi ho perché ancora attendo risposta... ammesso che).
