Subject : NOTICE for failure or irregular appointment of temporary alternates.
Given
writers who continue to come to trade unions reports of irregularities, listed below, relating to the granting of contracts Extra duties or failure to replace staff absent:

many teachers in service in the Province of Sassari shall be obliged, by their DS in their classrooms to accommodate students from other classes, often overcoming the constraints imposed by law in safety and causing continuous disruption of normal educational activities;

has established the practice by the DS to postpone the entry, exit or anticipate taking in the intermediate interruption of teaching hours away students by the institution, resulting in a reduction in hours lessons and serious injury of the right to study,

are unlawfully entered into contracts to substitute a smaller number of hours of desk time the teacher who is absent;

are used for absent colleagues, both teachers support both professors in charge, removing them from the class in which students with disabilities are included in the hours they should both be present.
Given

that "... the provision of education service, in all its aspects ... is ensured by the temporary supply teachers ... " (note prot.A00DRSA REG.UFF Regional School Management. No 10833 of 08 September 2009, which refers to the letter prot. N. 2541 of 02/27/2009 of similar content);

writers that trade unions repeatedly urged school administrators to comply with national, regional and reiterated these demands have gone unanswered, with serious consequences for the implementation of the training;

The eight trade unions also reserve to promote actions to protect the interests of staff and users.
