Oggetto: Esami di Stato conclusivi dei corsi di studio d'istruzione secondaria di secondo grado per l'anno scolastico 2009/2010 - Candidati - Esame preliminare - D.M. n.99 del 16 dicembre 2009.

Ad integrazione della circolare n. 85 del 15-10-2009, in relazione alla partecipazione dei candidati agli esami di Stato di istruzione secondaria di secondo grado, si comunica che l'articolo 1-quinquies del decreto legge 25 settembre 2009,n.134, convertito, con modificazioni, dalla legge 24 novembre 2009,n.167, ha introdotto all'articolo 2, comma 3, della legge 10 dicembre 1997 n.425, e successive modificazioni, dopo il primo periodo la seguente norma:

" Sostengono altresì l'esame preliminare, sulle materie previste dal piano di studi dell'ultimo anno, i candidati in possesso di idoneità o di promozione all'ultimo anno che non hanno frequentato il predetto anno ovvero che non hanno comunque titolo per essere scrutinati per l'ammissione all'esame ".

I dirigenti scolastici, ai quali vengono assegnate dal Direttore Generale regionale le domande dei candidati esterni di partecipazione 2009/2010 State examination are requested to give prompt notification of the above candidates in question.
