CHAPTER II - Careers education of students
Article 192 - General rules on the school career of students and capacity for educational choices and enrollment
1. Students have access to classes after the first ballot for promotion from the class immediately below. For those who do not come from state schools and institutions, draw or legally recognized, access to classes after the first is for examination of fitness.

3. 9. Le scelte in ordine ad insegnamenti opzionali e ad ogni altra attività culturale e formativa sono effettuate personalmente by the student.

Article 193 - Consideration of final sales, aptitude tests and supplementary exams (as amended by Decree June 28, 1995 No 253 with amendments into Law No. 8 August 1995 352)
